Mise a jour sur la date d'audition du pourvoi en contrôle judiciaire (Français)

Le 3 mai 2019, Vancouver, CB, Canada – Canada Carbon (la “Compagnie”) (CCB:TSX-V) (BRUZF:OTC) (U7N1:FF) Les procureurs de la Compagnie se sont présentés à la Cour supérieure hier afin de fixer la date de l'audition dans le cadre du Pourvoi en contrôle judiciaire (le « Pourvoi »).

Malgré les représentations faites par les procureurs de la Compagnie quant à l'urgence de procéder dans ce dossier, la Cour a fixé l'audition du Pourvoi du 21 au 28 février 2020, à Sainte-Agathe-Des-Monts.

La Compagnie présentera, sous peu, une requête au juge en chef de la Cour supérieure pour fixation de la cause par préférence dans le but d'obtenir une date d'audition plus rapprochée.
